Before she grew into a pop phenomenon Billie Eilish, she sometimes held an intimate concert for her fans. During my research, I found out that she now finds it difficult to have physical contact with her fans and she finds that very unfortunate because she is very grateful to her fans.
Therefore, I thought it would be interesting to develop an intimate concert. The fans are an important part of the design. The intimate concert will goes around her album: When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?
Location: It takes place at the ‘handelsbeurs Antwerpen’’
I want the intimate concert to be an experience where you step into Billie Eilish's mind. Each song stands on its own. And has its own color, texture and form.
To use the technical elements, the songs come to life.

The waterfall and the rain construction
There I developed a waterfall, I developed this by hanging plastic bins
on trusses. This water is collected at the bottom by a gutter under the stage and
because it is collected, we can later use the same water for the rain system.

I incorporated a scissor lift, purely for amount of water coming down. It moves downward, it rests on a gutter, so the water from my waterfall bins runs from the top into this gutter. This trough is adjusted so that all the water that enters
here goes back into the reservoir through a drainpipe, so that no water remains there.

I have designed a rain construction. Because there is a water pump connected
to the reservoir.

The rainwater falls down and we catch it through a grid. This water is collected in the gutter and goes away through the drain pipe that sits under the gutter.
